Not at all. Everything is guided step-by-step, and adapted to your pace and comfort level.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions are offered online or in your home (location dependent) , it’s all about what suits you best. No travel, no extra logistics. just calm, delivered where you are.

What happens in the intro session?

Your introductory session includes a breath assessment, guided breathwork and meditation experience. I will give you some information on when and how to meditate. It’s designed to give you a feel for the approach and help us tailor a programme that fits your needs for the future. The cost of this session is redeemable if you book a programme.

What kind of techniques do you use?

Sessions may include some movement, guided breathwork, meditation, and deep rest practices depending on your preferences. Everything is adapted to be practical and accessible, with no pressure and all flexible.

What should I bring or prepare?

Just yourself and a quiet space. You might want a blanket, or warm clothes as it will mostly be seated and still. A chair or a cushion on the ground depending on what you find comfortable, but nothing fancy is needed.

How long are the sessions?

Introductory sessions are 75 minutes . Programme sessions are typically 60 minutes but flexible for your needs.

Can I book single sessions instead of a programme?

Yes, single sessions are available. However, most people find the 6-week programme helps build momentum and long-term impact.
