This gentle, grounding session is designed to help you unwind both body and mind. Starting off with an assessment to understand your goals we will move through breathwork session to regulate the nervous system, followed by a guided meditation to quiet mental chatter.
This introductory session is the ideal way to experience what we offer and decide if you’d like to continue with a personalised 5 week programmes. The cost of which is fully redeemable against any full course.
