Every day tools to reconnect and reset.

Our Story

Life is loud. Deadlines, exams, endless notifications, and the constant pressure to keep up can pull you in hundred different directions.

White Noise was created to tune out the noise and tune into you.

We create personalised breathwork and meditation sessions to give you the tools to feel more grounded, clear, and in control. Helping you reconnect and reset every day of your life.

Our Principles

  • Real Life Ready

Built for real life, not perfect conditions. Everything we offer is easy to access, easy to practice and easy to return to when you need it.

  • Skills For Life

The practices you learn are yours to keep. Our goal is give each individual the confidence and knowledge to make breathwork and meditation a life long skill.

  • No Pressure to Perform

Breathwork and meditation is personal, there is not ‘right’ way. It’s about being present and finding what’s right for you in that moment with no pressure to preform.

Katie Crowley

About Me

I’m a certified breathwork and meditation practitioner with an ability to create quiet, supportive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves. I guide individuals and groups in practices that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper sense of presence.

At White Noise, I offer tailored experiences that blend breathwork, meditation, and deep rest, all tools that support not just mental clarity, but emotional resilience and lasting calm.

Eimear, White Noise Client

“I didn’t really know what to expect, but the intro session was honestly so calming. I felt more relaxed than I have in ages, and now I’m really looking forward to the rest of the 6 weeks!”

Bronwyn, Director of News & Current Affairs

“I booked the intro session to get a feel for what it was all about, and I don’t remember the last time I felt that chilled. When Katie shared the 6-week plan afterwards, I was genuinely impressed by how personal it was. It really reflected what we’d talked about and felt completely in tune with what I needed.”
